For bank transfer orders, your order may be processed only after payment is received and verified.

You may be required to provide proof of payment, such as a payment slip, transaction reference, or bank transfer confirmation.

Culta is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details, incomplete references, failed transfers, bank processing delays, or failure to send payment confirmation.
